Senator Wilken, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Health, Education and Social Services Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 2374. Senator Wilken called the Senate. Senator Wilken lifted the call. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 189(HES) was adopted and read the second time. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
